Cartoon character.

This is another character that popped into my head late at night. Heh, seems some of my newest ideas come fom my head late at night. Good thing I draw the beginning strokes so I don't forget in the morning. Anyway, this is just some wierd guy I made up *snaps fingers* like that. He may seem familiar, but I can't quite place it. If anybody has any ideas of who he might be, feel free to tell me. 'Till then, enjoy.
